Shipping & Returns

1. DELIVERY TIMES:

Europe: 3-5 working days (not including weekends and public holidays)
Rest Of The World: 5-10 working days (not including weekends and public holidays)

Please note that some times there are delays in customs offices and international postal services that are beyond our control.

During the festive season there is always a big congestion in customs offices and international postal services across the world, leading to long delays. Please place your order early to avoid disappointment.

If your item is not delivered within 4 weeks from the day of shipping (6 weeks if around the festive season) it was probably lost in transit by postal services. Please contact us and we will send you a new item immediately.

2. TRACKING:

Our shipping service is 1st class standard post and that does not include tracking.

Recorded international post with tracking is far too expensive (it costs £5.00 more than standard post) and we try to keep our prices low for our international buyers.

Please contact us if you wish to pay more to have a tracking number.

3. INSURANCE:

Your order is always covered by insurance.

If your item arrives damaged please contact us and include attached photos of the damage on the item and its package. We will send you a new item immediately.

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

If you wish to return or exchange an item please contact us within 14 days from the day of receipt to explain the reason for your return or exchange. We will write back to you with our return address and instructions for shipping back the item.

The item needs to be intact and in its original package for you to receive an exchange or a full refund.

If you have received a wrong item by our mistake then we will pay for your return postage.
In all other cases the buyer is responsible for paying the return postage.
